Residential and apartments: $52-service call to diagnose the problem and give you a bid, if needed, to repair it. See below for commercial rates.
Sample of Standard fees:
1. Compressor change out fee = $450 labor only. You supply all freon and materials. Includes leak testing, evacuation, & charging. You recover freon. Freon recovery is an extra $50. If we supply equipment, we will give you a bid.
2. Condenser change out fee = $450 labor only. You supply all freon and materials. Includes leak testing, evacuation, & charging. You recover freon. Freon recovery is an extra $50. If we supply equipment, we will give you a bid.
3. First company or other indoor upflow air handler/ heater change out fee = $450. You supply all freon and materials. You supply all freon and materials. 4. Trouble shooting = $59 per hour after diagnosis or initial fee of $52.
5. Line set change out fee = Variable depending on difficulty. Will give bid at site.
6. Drain pan change out fee = $275. You supply drain pan and all materials. If we supply materials or equipment, we will give you a bid.

. Change over from R-22 to a 410A system = There are a number of ways to do this, depending on whether the indoor section has the proper heater/air handler for 410A. The system must be flushed also and a TXV must be installed on indoor section.8

REGULAR TIME: M-Fri, 8AM - 5 PM.
OVERTIME: Time and a half for week days from 5 PM to 9 PM & on Saturdays. All other times & certain holidays are double time, unless other agreements are reached with the client. Does not apply to bid jobs.
